The SASIG
The Security Awareness Special Interest Group (SASIG) is a subscription free quarterly networking forum organised by The Security Company (International) Limited for security professionals.
SASIG has established itself as a leading and credible voice of the corporate sector in the great Information Assurance and Security Awareness debate. It aims to explore ways to communicate to employees the risks inherent in the modern information society and openly shares best practice advice on all aspects of information security.
SASIG attracts speakers of the highest calibre. The Chatham House Rule is strictly enforced and universally respected at all meetings, thus the level of debate is extraordinarily revealing and rewarding.
There is no charge for attending events. The whole-day meetings are always hosted by one of the SASIG members and regularly attracts 150+ delegates.
Membership
SASIG membership now represents hundreds of organisations of all sizes from across the world and from all sectors, public and private. Membership is drawn exclusively from CSOs, CISOs and their staff who have a responsibility for Security Awareness within their organisations.
Working with others
SASIG engages with a number of notable organisations from outside the corporate environment to enhance their reach. Get Safe Online, The Business Crime Reduction Centre (BCRC), The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP), The Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA), Childnet and Childline are just some examples.
